Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return most items you purchased from Tennessee Scale Works, Inc., for any reason, for a full refund minus shipping charges. However, due the nature of our products, we must handle each case on an individual basis. Some of our products are custom configured by our engineers or manufacturers and may result in a restocking fee.
- How do I return a product? First call our offices (see number at bottom of web page) to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. While obtaining this number, we may give you special instructions for returning the item. In most cases, you will just need to return the product to our warehouse (see address below).
- What if an item is defective? We do our best to ensure that every item we sell is as it should be. However, an item can get damaged from time to time in the shipping process. Normally when a shipping error occurs the packaging might denote a damaged product. However, this is not always the case. Please call or email for instructions on what to do for your individual purchase.
Note: We cannot accept returns of opened items, items returned more than 30 days after delivery or items that are not in their original packaging. We also reserve the right to change this policy at any time in addition to authorize any RMA's.
